Electrical error Cd 74-5+LX

We recently installed a Heidelberg CD 74-5 LX 2001 model. It happened once or twice yesterday, but a restart fixed it. Today, however, it won't work at all. The paper feeder isn't jamming, but the machine isn't displaying the angle or speed, and I can't change the plates. Otherwise, the machine is operating normally. The only error indicator showing on the CP2000 is a "T" with a downward-pointing arrow.Any idea what's going on?

"Recent installation". Given the machine had been in transit, did you reseat all the boards in all cabinets?

Hello,
The problem was the encoder contact. A quick clean with contact spray, and fortunately, it's working normally now.
