Ink duct foil get damage

Dear senior members

I have the problem with inking unit that, duct foil is getting leaking the inks and allow to inking keys.what is the reason?
Please help me.

So there are a couple of things to check.
1) Under the ink cheeks on some presses along the edge there is a strip that goes under there to help seal the gap and push the foil up tighter to the cheek to seal.
2) Are you running the fountain in the up position with a dry ink duct foil in? If you have the fountain up but no ink in it (running the ink ball dry against the foil) this will wear the foil out incredibly fast and when you go to put ink in there it will leak. If you will be leaving a fountain in the up position but don't intend to put ink in it yet then spray a little maggie oil or something in there to keep the ink ball/foil gap lubricated to prevent the foil from wearing out
3) Is the zero set of the ink keys correct? If the zero set is not correct then there could be too small of a gap and when you put the ink duct foil in the excessive pressure against the ink ball could be wearing it our prematurely and creating leaks.
4) If it is leaking under the ink duct foil then it is not sealing on the edge. Under the edge put some strips (ie #1 on this list) then put the ink duct foil in, then the cheeks.
5) Overfilling the fountain. If you are overfilling the fountain and the ink duct foil has cutouts (some heidelberg presses have cutouts for a pin that the fountain cheeks chock into) then ink will seep down from the cutout and leak under the fountain liner.
6) Ink fountain cheeks need new felts. If they don't have felts (some are plastic) sometimes you can rub grease on the bottom of the cheek (part that contacts ink duct foil) and on the part that contacts the ink ball and this will eliminate a leak.

There's foam tape is missing in front of the inking keys, and I already ordered to buy, once it comes I will fix it,

And already ink is entered into the keys.
So now inking level is not coming correct according inking zone control.
Once foam tape is coming, I have to clean completely the inking keys, then put the things. Then need to set inking keys.

How to set zero inking keys?

Under foil is there but foam tape is not there, because I am new to this machine,
After leaking the inks into the inking keys, I checked the under lay, there's no foam.

How can set the inking zone keys zero position?

Yes you can either zero set with a brand new fountain liner in and a feeler gauge (medium drag) or with the liner out and compensate for the thickness of the liner (on the press I work on it is 0.010" (10 thousandths of an inch) so I would use a feeler gauge 0.010" thicker to compensate for the liner not being in the fountain).
So the way I do it is no fountain liner in, keys shut, and I use a .011" feeler gauge and set to medium drag.
My goal is that with a liner in and the keys shut there is about a .001" film of ink on the ink ball. The film of ink is just enough to keep the liner to ball lubricated.
On the older presses I have worked on, with a solid blade ink fountain (they don't have fountain liners), the ink film is intended to keep the ink ball from rubbing on the blade and wearing out the ink ball roller and the fountain blade.
