odd moray like pattern on komori

hello I have a strange pattern showing up in a print job. The job is on a gloss sheet and is showing a moray like pattern in the black. It shows in the solid area slightly and in the shadow and highlight areas it is really bad. any help would be nice I will try and post a pic

 

Could this be a previously printed job ghost showing up on an old blanket?

 

I've seen this before, its the angle of the screens, check with pre-press, ask them to adjust the angle, good luck

Thanks for you responses turns out it was a blanket issue. Was using a blanket made under the name aquamarine . I pulled a old day blanket I had sitting on the shelf and put it on presto pattern was gone

 

For general info...moiré due to screen clash doesn't/can't show up in a solid.
