XL105 Locking error in the Varnish unit

Greeting, if someone can allude: Locking error in nail unit at the varnishing unit

This error means that the varnishing blanket cylinder is again meshed in the gear train and brought into contact with the impression cylinder (rest position), however the varnishing blanket cylinder is not locked.
In this case you must check whether the locking is jammed. Either it is pushed aside (incorrectly) or the switch (locked varnishing blanket cylinder) is defective or the signaling path to the control is interrupted
