Hi guys,
I'm hoping you may be able to help me.
In our office we have a Xerox WorkCentre 7120 printer that is shared out via a Windows server 2008 print server and it's not quite behaving itself!
When printing from MS word quite often the margins come out too big and for me the life of me I haven't been able to work out why.
Interestingly if the user prints directly to the printer via IP the document comes out correctly so the issue must be with the print server.
so far I've installed the latest drivers and ensured that the paper size settings are correct on the print server but the problem still persists.
Has anybody come across this issue? apparently this never happened when the printer was shared out via a MS windows 2003 server.
