I have a 7655 WC and scan an image by any of the feeders the copier can not reproduce the color yellow, but if I order a print from a computer image comes out perfect, with the color yellow.

problem: the escanner can not read the yellow color

When you make copies and everything is ok means the CCD is ok. The problem may be in net controller or Vcsel pwb.
What firmware version have you on machine:
40.032.xxxxx or 40.033.xxxxx ?
