Xerox Igen3 : sheet attached to the web in the press

Hi, I'm a new user and I write from Italy. I have a problem with the printer iGen3. Use for printing paper A4 80 gr (not xerox paper) when printing simplex there is no problem but when you print on the side two the sheet remains attached to the web. May depend on what? I state that the temperature and humidity are optimal and has always printed with the paper stock with no problems. help me. Thanks. Sorry for my english ....
