Hello my Xerox Docucolor 242 Scanner and Web Services not lighting up

so I cannot select the scanner nor use web services for calibration..

can any body let me know what I can do to fix this thx..
 
Probably your bustled Fiery loose the software.
In this situation you need to reload Fiery software.
 
  • Hello Adrian thank you for your reply.. I had recently purchased this Xerox 242 2 days ago.. I also have a Xerox docucolor 252 and when I checked out how it is connected I realized that I had connected it wrong and was missing a connection... and now it is working properly.. Thank You..
