XEROX dc6060 Dry ink collection Auger 1 has failed.

Hello.. I have problem with my xerox dc6060. when I turned the machine I got the following message:

Dry ink collection Auger 1 has failed
you may continue to make copies and prints for a short while

please hellp????

 

and after some times here is erorr 9-335

 

Try this once and get me back

please change 2 NVM i.e.751-050 to 0 and 751-052 to 0 then ur pblm will be gone

2 NVM i.e.??? its this in Diagnostic mode > DC131 NVM Read/Write??

 

751 052 we do not allow.. "invalid value"

 

052 is already at 0 but 050 does not allow me to change to 0

A friend directed me to change 751-049 to 0 but even that will not let me.
