Dear all

We would like to inform you that our machine xerox DC550 is no working since we received. We have face below problems.

1. Pantone color not a match
2. 5% to 100% of the screen is not correct
3. Front & back printing out

Please Need Help

Did you buy the machine new or used?

1.) how are you calibrating the machine?

2.) in what way is the screen not correct?

3.) how much is the registration off? Have you worked to adjust alignment using the x y values and duplex tray alignment?

in information are calibrate machine
I'm Variation screen and screen Clear white dot coming and not coming
Having minimum 5 and sailing in print

In the machine settings you'll have to adjust the x y image position for the actual stocks you use and the machine condition.
