Xerox DC250 help

Hi all, hope someone can help me, my DC250 has started doing this, it prints one or two copies correctly then huge swathes of ink all over, not always yellow, just random and sometimes half one colour half another colour. I've changed the developer in all colors and I'm now out of ideas.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
