Hi, hopefully somebody maybe able to help me here.. I have recently purchased a xerox DC250. First of all a few issues connecting to the command workstation. For some reason the IP address keeps changing, but when I do manage to get connected the machine. Can someone recommend the best setup for this machine to a mac? I have attached a sheet of how it prints, where you can see the solid colours behind print out, but with a bar code style overlay on top (note the bar code is a very clean print). I have been told to re-sit the boards inside the fiery and behind the machine of the dc250, with no luck. Also checked the cables and they all seem fine. This doesn't seem to be a problem with th
e printing itself as the machine will actually copy fine. The machine has been stood for around 7 years with no printing, could it be an update to the software maybe on the fiery? This problem still occurs from a test page through command workstation. Hopefully someone can help, thanks in advance! Paul.
