Xerox ColorPress 800 Fault 42-331

    Hi all. Getting this Subsystem fault 42-331. Any ideas or direction would be much appreciated.

    042 331 - Machine Drum Motor faults

    Power Off/On the machine.
    If error persists, contact the
    Customer Support Center

    Have you pulled out then reseated the Developer assy.? There can be drag on a drum drive if the assy was tightened too much.

    Hi Milo! My tech form Arkansas came out a couple of weeks ago and helped me solve this! LOL!!!
    I think this was an over tightened drum in the end.... thanks for your help!
