Xerox 7000ap error code 3-362

Hi First post here and looking for some advice.
My 7000ap has come up with an error code 3-362?
Can't find info on what it is any where?
Has anyone come across this?

IOT PWB detected no response within a fixed period of time.
Reseat P/J757 on the First Feeder Module which may cause an intermittent 3-362, 7-345 and/or 7-346 Fault Code
Nice to have service manual for this machine.

Figured out this error only happens if I select the heaviest paper setting?
I can't find a service manual anywhere!

There won't be a service manual available unless you pay up. All our manuals are Xerox built Laptop based (eDoc) which you need a license and the passwords are renewed every 3 months

I didn't think a manual would be free or easy to get.
Got a new error now 010-355? This the fuser has over heated and the nvm code for it needs resetting

How are you accessing the nvm value. Via the UI or PWS? Some versions of PWS diagnostics report it as invalid. Definatley a DC7000 and not a DC8000 in disguise?

DC7000 - Reset NVM location 757-013 from 1 to 0.
DC8000 - Reset NVM location 744-013 from 1 to 0.

This might be a daft question but all the nvm codes I try say invalid chain link, Is there anyway the machine can be reset back to a factory settings type of thing where all nvm codes return to how the machine came out the factory (or is this me dreaming)

Using Ui diagnostic mode go to DC301 and initialize UI, SYS and IOT.
Or try pws diagnostic mode to communicate with machine.
Worse scenario is to have IOT pwb dead.

Just noticed when I put it in diagnostic on the ui the fuser engaged and all the lamps lit up and it warmed up with the fuser rotating? I left it to cycle then exited the diagnostic menu and the error immediately popped up.

What is the room temperature where the machine is located ?

It's finally sorted! I loosen the 2 locating pins on the left side of the transfer module and loosened them a little bit at a time until when I shut the draw the fuser lit up, I think only one of these pins were interlocking which was giving this error?
