which is better? Buy an A2 printer or outsource the printing job?

We have a requirement to take a lot of A2 color prints for our office. We want to take the cheap and better option. Is it better we use services of a printing company like Clubink printing solutions Toronto or buy any A2 colour printer by Canon or HP? Which do you think is a better option? We may have future printing requirements but not in large quantity as the current requirement. So I am not entirely in favour of buying the printer. But still would like to know if it is the better option.
