Will the paper travel be ok for the print not to mark, but having said that you are only looking for a 2 colour so anything could work for you.

Komoris are excellent printing presses, including the 228 Sprint that you mentioned. And they will handle up to 24 pt. board (and sometimes more) without necessarily having to adjust grippers.
