What could be causing this? Oki C911

Hi!
Bought this one used and have issues with some white spots/streaks/smears (see image). Any ideas of what could be causing this? Bad fuser? Bad belt?

 

See as it's the exact same shaped voids repeating, that's usually damage on the transfer belt. If you pull out the transfer belt assembly, and hold at an angle, you'll most likely see those scratched/dented into the belt. You probably had a jam and the paper damaged the belt.

 

I will check to see if I can find the repetitive deft chart for you. How far apart are the defects in inches
