    Hello all,

We have a problem with XL105-5+L that water pan roller drive that we had faulty motor (gives S-HAK 5M2 FFBF), we installed new motor (F2.105.1062/02) 3 months ago.

Five days ago, we faced the same problem again in PU5, we swapped HAK, HIB and CDPB(LTM1500) boards and replaced the faulty motor with new one, then we have the same problem with the new motor after two production days!!

Note: we had the same faults in PU3 and PU4, and we installed new motors (only one time)

What caused the motor failure so quickly?

    Machine s/w: 43.3

    Best regards,

Unheard of! Though XL105 is out of my realm of knowledge, the principle is the same. Are these motors OEM?

"Original Equipment Manufacturer"...meaning, did you purchase the motor from your Heidelberg agency, or from, for instance, China?

not such a stretch for Junker to ask if the motor was purchased from the aftermarket. The lure of significant price savings is hard to resist, right up to the point where the part either doesn't fit right, craps out on you prematurely, or both.

you have to find an EE engineer to solve that problem, usually motor itself won’t fail, just control part, btw, do you have any voltage regulator installed for this machine?

Did you get a mechanic to check if your dampening roller is not jammed?
