Want to know about import policies of reconditioned machines in china.

Hi I am chenbaolu. A Leading dealer of used offset printing machinery based in London, UK.

I Have been exporting used machinery to China and HK since a few years but suddenly feeling. a slow down in the market since a few months

I get to know that there are some restrictive policies which is restricting the import of used machineries to china.

Can anyone help me in giving me an overview of such policies of china so that i can plan business accordingly.
