Variant codes came with some machines and were in a clear plastic envelope in the electrical cabinet. If you press does not have that, your going to need to go to HDM to get the original variant codes. No way to get you accurate variant codes in a forum.

    Hi,
The exheidmech is correct. The best way is to contact heidelberg. But I may be able to do a small help. let's have a try to make it run.

In this software version, The essential codes to run the machine are, 01, 02, 03, 07, 09, 22 and 23. you have already set up 01 and 02 correctly.

    I have few questions.
    1. Does it have perfecting, numbering or coating unit? If so, in which unit?
    2. What's your dampening system? Conventional, alcolor, etc...
    3. What's your delivery type? Extended delivery, high pile, standard?

And what are your current problems with the machine?

    Cheers..

    Hi,
Thank my dear. My answers for your questions:
    1. It's coating unit. 5th unit.
    2. Alcolor.
    3. High pile.

Before the variant code is for MOZ and the machine don't work. Then when a change the code to MOF by referring to the type of the machine, the machine work except the normally run. The error who displayed is the brake. I change the brake but the same problem.
    Best regards...

    Hi,
Ah, we have a conflict here. In the title, you said it's an MOFP-H. The P means you have a perfector. If you have a coating unit in the 5th, and without perfector, your machine name should be MOV+L. (Correct me if I'm wrong)

Can you post a photo of your machine's nameplate (below the feeder handwheel) then we can have a clear idea and set position 01, 02 and 03 accordingly.

    And for others, try these.
    Set position 07 to A
    Set position 09 to 1
Set the position 22 to 3
Set the position 23 to 1

Tell me more about the brake problem. Is the brake slipping?
    Check this,
Your machine is testing it's brake whenever it's preparing to run. During the pre run alarm, it performs this test. When you press the run button, during the alarm, observe the degree value showing in the display. It should not change at all. If it's changes more than 0.8 degrees, your brake is slipping and it won't allow to run.

    Check it.

    Hi,
That's you have to adjust first. The machine should not turn more than 0.4 degrees to run.

If your machine is MOFP, you should have a perfector. If it has a coating unit, +L ("Lackierwerk" in German) should be there. I feel that the guards have changed during the machine reconditioning. Tell me your machine configuration exactly. Post a photo of the label under the feeder handwheel.

Nevermind, since you have 5 units, MOF is OK. Change the position 03 so that, see whether a value 5L will appear. (Sorry I can't remember exactly. If I get a chance, I will check with a machine and confirm)
