    Dear Sir:
Good morning in my country, and Good afternoon in his country
Your problem with the machine has been done by severe Power failure:the indication by the cptronic
software indicate Problems:a) SLT-con converter power part Board b) SAK memory analog.
You must do the following troubleshooting:
    1) Main phase absent, check voltage supply, 2) Mains undervoltage, check fuse 15F1 3) Phase sequence of mains voltage reversed, test for clockwise rotating field motor. 4) +120Vdc from GRM 120 Absent. Check fuse F3 in GRM, Check input voltage of GRM 120, Check output voltages of transforme 15T1. Check contactor 15k48.5) Field circuit connection between SLT and main motor faulty, Check the connection.
    6) Check connection SVT- M1 + Check the connection SVT X16-m1 See the schematic diagram this is for test the fault in the armature.
    and Replace SVT if necessary.
    7) Test the power supplies for SAK Memory Analog +15 and -15Vdc 8) Test the battery back up +3Vdc 9) +5Vdc in power supply for Memory analog
    Let me know any question

    Good Day CHOCK,
Thanks indeed for your quick reaction.
Good morning in your country, and Good afternoon in my country.
You are totaly right, there was a severe power fluctation on Tuesday AM, the voltage on the plant went over 450V, while the normal voltage is 380V in my country.
    1. Two of 3mains phases were absent
    2. Two fuse has blown due to overvoltage while the press was runing in full speed proctuction mode.
    3. I have just controlled the phase sequence and, it's OK
    4. I'm waiting for new fuses supply in order to continue chekings while SLT CONVERTER POWER BOARD is energised!...(I don't have them in stock for now!)
    5. I'm going to follow the schematic diagram and follow all your advices as soon as possible, and will send feedback.
Your help is very important and too detailed, thanks.

    Regards.

    Hi sir:
    Good day
As you must understand, any Factory first equipment( hardware, mechanical, software has failure in the practice) by that
reason you will see inconsistence design .
All factory has for Internal Use, Service Information or Bulletin Engineering, such information is NOT available to the customer or public, only for Internal personal or staff, about problems, cause, and remedy
from any Topics about the equipments design.
In short try to investigate if the rating of maintenance from SM 102F 1991 was ? or Good. Vs 1990, this guide you to get the best decission. Remember, all machines are Good,if you get a Properly maintenance programs.
