I am giving following link of Hans gronhi YK1800 model manual it is same as toko 1800 except electric parts. You will find all your mechanical problems solution in this manual.

Thanks I followed the link and bought the service manual. I am having feeding problems, I am going to set up the feeder according to what the manual say and we will see what happens. Thanks again for the info on the service manual.

For some reason the suction cuts off before the sucker tubes reach the feed wheels. I just got this toko and am finding some problems that someone else had and passed on to me. If anyone can tell me how to set the timing of the sucker tubes, that would be great. the service manual shows what gear sets the timing, but not how to set the timing.
