Recently I have been encountering these tiny dots on my prints. Not on the same spot but it would be random. Most often, just one tiny dot in a big print.
I tried switching papers but it is still occurring. Does anybody have the same issues? Any help is appreciated.

I could be residual ink that's been collecting of the edge of the print head, or perhaps an issue with a print head nozzle.
    What machine are you running?

I used to see that with older HP Z series devices, in which case the outer edge of the print head was collecting ink and then redepositing it back on the sheet. Only a delicate, manually cleaning resolved the issue.
If it's a clogged nozzle, and the machines maintenance cycle doesn't fix it, you may have to replace the head entirely.
