Timson T48A doubling problem

Hi everyone, I need some help with some advice, I am getting a type problem on PU1, it seams that the type looks bolder on PU1 and sharper on PU2, packing are 14 thou, we had used 16 thou packings but was having trouble when trying to print tints, at the moment to over come the problem we have to print lighter on PU1 and darker on PU2, it think it's a roller pressure problem but just wanted to know if anyone has come across this in the past...

Check pressure between plate and blanket , also check between blanket and impression.
