GUNSJET E5A-DS Series help you to bring your desire.design into real applications without limitations. Featuring the high-resolution micro piezo print heads, GUNSJET’s latest direct sublimation printer delivers superb image quality at high speed. Equipped with professional media handling system, every movement of the media is perfectly tracked for flawless imaging. The E5A-DS Series is ideal for high production run, it can assist you to further expand your business in printing industry.

It is designed for direct sublimation printing, with the unwind & rewind tension bar, feeding system, take-up roller, polyester fabric can be easily handle with our machine. Even long hour production and unattended printing can be obtained! We provide a 3.2m option for you, which is rare in the market, you can finish jobs that is under 3.2m without any limitation.

Each GUNSJET E5A-DS 1802/3202 is equipped with the following items:
1. Two DX5 print heads
It doubles the print speed of standard single DX5 printer by developing a new two-staggered arrangement with two DX5 print heads that achieve a maximum production speed of 62sqm/hr

2. Un-wind and re-wind tension bar
The two stage tension bar provide optimal tension to media, especially fabric, ensure the media stayed tight, flat and smooth, avoid wrinkle on rolled fabric. The tilting tension bar at all times keeps tension on the media coming off the printer and offers prefect tracking and straight winding of printed media. Long-time and unattended printing can be obtained with this tension bar system.

3. Build-in intelligent heater and external drying device
No compromise on productivity when E5A-DS series is being designed on its heating and drying system. This can be very crucial to print speed but while the drying time is most often overlooked in determining the overall productivity. The built-in intelligent heater and external infrared heater, cooling fan are offered to accelerate the ink drying time and reduce the occurrence of ink set-off, even during high-speed printing.

4. Professional feeding and take-up system
E5A-DS is capable in large-scale production, the feeding and take-up system can handle media over 50kg. They supplies stable feeding of materials and offers prefect tracking and straight winding of printed media automatically.

5. Waste ink gutter
It collects excessive ink that is not absorbed by the fabric, and prevents unwanted dirt on fabric. You can obtain excellent result on double through fabric.

6. Bulk ink system (Continuous ink supply system)
Reduces the time in swapping of ink cartridge, also cost saving on ink cartridge. Maximum ink capacity up to 1500ml per color.

7. Variable dot technology and PhotoPRINT RIP
Superb image can easily obtain by the variable dot technology, there are three different sizes of ink-drop, users can change the ink drop size according to the picture demand level.
