Hi guys, i need your advice for my problem. My machine KBA have a noticed like this :
"The chain lubricator in the delivery repeatediy signals a lubrication error. Possible causes are
malfunctions in lubricant device, lubrication not switched on or too litte lubricant available
(message 20177)"


1. Oil level on delivery is full and the sensor oli level work properly.
2. Relay K19 in delivery, sometimes ON.
3. What are the conditions for turning on output PLC delivery A1:59?

Disconnect the grease supply tubes from the guide rails and make sure that oil is supplied when the lubricator is turned on. Check the lubricator switch-on relay/contactor, there may be a problem in the feedback circuit.

Our computer has a "turn on lubricator" button for forced lubrication of chains. Recently, the lubricating brushes were replaced and the feed was checked.
