Technotrans, roller cooling, water pressure

Hi all. ( sorry for my broken english ).
Im running 12 color sheetfeed komori with different ink properties/viscosity and having issue with not constant roller temperature, thus effecting ink film and ink/water balance. " default" technotrans setting is 20 C and during run is jumping to 23 >27, in extreme situations even to 35C. System was flushed, mesh filters on return flow cleaned, and now is much lower 20 >25, but still fluctuating in temperature and effecting different units. Im thinking its the problem with cooling circulation/ pressure and supply to each individual unit. I have few questions 1.What are your temperature readings/variations at standby and production? 2. what are your pressure readings, from single pump to print unit, and readings on main circulation on heat exchanger feed/return flow from main pump over exchenger to a single pumps for each individual print units?...............We have 3.5 bar from each pump to unit, jumping to 4<4.5 when filter on return flow are blocked ( and we are cleaning them frequently). On main circulation ( with main pump) which feeds all unit pumps we have 3 bar on feed ( which after some time drops 2.5<2.8) and 3 bar on return flow. I think there is problem, how main circulation with 3bar pressure can feed individual circulation with 3.5 bar pressure? Before trying to set feed / return pressure i would like to have same guidelines and target readings. Thanx for your time.

Send a photo from technotrans unit. I need to know what type of dampening system you have. How much is room temperature?

Its technotrans for cooling oscillators, not for dampening solution. Room T is 22C. On the roof we have coolers and down its coming water 14C ( we tried also 9C, no efect), to a heat exchanger of technotrans ( which is set to 20 C) and then its going to each individual unit to cool oscillators. We have another technotrans for dampening ( its separate unit also connected to a same 14C cooling from roof) and third technotrans for reverse osmosis/ filtering dampening solution ( not in function). We have temperature variations on units ( oscilators). From 20C a the beginning of the print, to aprox 25 at the end of the pile (its necessary to adjust dampening/inking to avoid scuming). Then while blanket washing/stop its going back to 20.Reset of Technotrans ( on/off) also help ( temperatures going down to 20). Effecting always different unit, because of that i think that the problem is in main pressure .Looks like it cant supply enough coolers for all units. Main pump in technotrans is circulating water thru heat exchanger and then to individual pump for each unit.There are two pressure readings , one 2.5bar for " feeding" MAIN line and other for return MAIN line 3bar. Its possible to set ballans pressure with the valve in line between these two lines . On feed MAIN line is connected 13 pumps (for each unit) in parallel and the pressure reading is 3.5 >4 bar of each pump to the unit. Return line from each unit is connected to return MAIN line again in parallel. Thank you for your time. ( sorry i cant take photos, not allowed in my company)( will check about Technotrans models)
