I was curious if anyone knew what stock is generally used for health insurance cards. It is generally a very thin plastic, or perhaps even a laminated paper but I have been unable to get a definitive answer. Any help would be hugely appreciated.

Both are actually correct, some companies use a laminated paper and others use a laser compatible synthetic (plastic). Our most commonly requested product for example is 100# text for the carrier and a 7 mil, 9 mil or 13 mil plastic card. If I can answer any other questions please let me know.

Is there a way for me to privately message you? I don't see the option to PM within your profile.
