Stenz 400 envelope feeder

Hello I have purchased a used Stenz model 400 envelope feeder . But the operation manual is very basic . I have managed to feed DL envelopes through the unit but larger envelopes are proving an issue . Is there anyone who has the same model and can give me some pointers .
