Stahl B20 feeder plate won't lower

There is no error msg. pressed the button, the pile won't lower.

Checked: no the button issue.

Hope you are well
Please measure with a Good DMM the Voltage at the contactor or Relais Motor for the pile
1) If there are see are passing Voltage to the N.O . 2) If NOT the contact are Faulty. 3) Test the coil
of contactor if are open or fault , Replace 4) If all are ok look for loose wires or conector at terminal Motor
or terminal button.
5) See if there are Voltages 380- or 440Vac at terminal motor, if there are the motor is faulty. 6) If not proceed
with the Step 1+2+3+4.
Of course use your DMM+Schematic Diagrams+Common sense for Troubleshooting and fix it.
