my hard rollers are not in great shape. but they are not glazed and I have proper stripes !
so what inks do you all use that are LASER SAFE!!
and what fountain soultion do you use.. and what have you adjusted your mix to?

My polyplates are are clean..ink is being thrown... I have tried Aqua varnish #30 and a couple other miricle cures that cause more troubles then they fix..:p:p:p:p:p:p:p:p:p:p:p

I assume its misting? too heavy ink flow? ink viscosity, what kind of ink? your ph is off? what are you running as a solution? Did this problem just start? keep a log when using new ink, fountain solution etc. Have you decalcified rollers? You prob realize you have to eliminate the variables and find the constant. thats the nut.
