speed error

I go to burn new plates, press rolls plate material around, starts to speed up as if to burn plates, then stops. I have a speed error. I tried all four plates, even one at a time, no luck , same error.
run diag. on all units...

this problem is new to me, haven't had this one before. where do I need to start?

 

Problem was drive belt.... had to retighten
