Software for laying out multiple stickers or flyers

Hi,
Rather new to the print game, wonder if anyone could help?

I am good at using illustrator but wonder if anyone can save me some time or explain what they do.

Say I have a business card size label and want to print it on A3 sheets.

Is there anything you can recommend to save me laying this out manually??

Also any advice on setting this up so it is easy to trim with the guillotine.
