SM74 Blanket Washers

2003 SM74 6\c.
All the blanket washers stopped dropping to blankets & cylinders. Water & wash are pumping up to the cloths as it should.

Any suggestions?

Hope the coming year will be better for everybody.

Please check:

1) M4: Pneumatic system compresor

2) M2: Compressor:Feeder/Delivery

In order if they supplying air+ for solenoids valve( 1NY52+1yN54 +1YN53+1YN55+1Y55), +leakage from some hoses, tubes, defective clamps,etc.

3) Look for the location diagrams for ubication Solenoid Valves in your schematic diagrams, in the Feeder+Printings Units.

4) If everything is right, you must test the power supply for feeding the Solenoid valve ;+24Vdc

 

Can you try manual mode? If they don't drop in manual mode as well then filters on the tank are blocked. On all three tubes, there are 3 inline filters which are tightened by a 17mm nut. First loose the tube and dismantle, then loose 17mm nut. You can see the filter easily.
