sm52 washup error

Hi friends
when i initialize a blanket wash or impression cilinder wash or even if i manualy rewind the washing cloth, i allways get the error of cloth in excess.
the signal of both sensors are arriving to the ewk boards.
i tested the washing devices on other machine and they work fine.

I cheked everything i could, and i can't realize what's happening.

Any sugestion?

It will be the servo motor that winds the cloth. It maybe still winding the cloth around but if you notice the pulses on the led of the sensor on the faulty unit compared to one on a good unit it will be much slower. The software picks this up and shows up as a fault. The servo is located inside the drive side guard.
