Dear forum members,
Our machine SM CD 6+LYL X Got problem dampening Roller motor can't spinning like usual. We have checked the init test, dyn test, coding auxillary motors, and variant code but nothing we found relate to the dampening roller motor problem. I attach some pictures from service display we have taken before. I share this to ask information to solve our problem.

Thanks

Best Regard

  • Hi sir:

Normally this problem has 3 possibilities:

    1) connectors of motors , dirty, pins bends , or corrodes, or loose wires, or defective
    2) Regulated power supply Faulty, measure and see if there in Tolerance o,k: 0.7% up or down.
    3) Motor defective.

    Sir, Thanks for the responses.

We haven't check the voltages. We will check it. But we have tried swap motors, cable, and the LTK500, but unfortunately the results is the same: only dampening roller motor for printing unit 1 that isn't working. I think there are something wrong about the software. But we don't know what's really happened.
