Sm-74-2, Run and Stops

Greetings to all. May God stop the ravaging pandemic in time and heal the world so that we can be happy people again.
I am working on an SM-74-2, 2001, Compact Cp-T. The machine had been running and inching. At a point;

1. inching refuse Double-clicking for inching mode refused to retain the mode at all points. Machine continue to inch if one can press and hold the inching mode button - safe button on old machines.

2. On run mode, ma fine will turn only one revolution and stop.
DNY TEST - t=0
S-HWI FEFF
S-MOT FF7F.
No break on both encoder cables, the motor encoder and the main encoder for machine degree . Plugs at either ends seems to be ok too

I need suggestions on how best to go forward on this 2 issues.

Test for 1) HW1: Speed ??determined by HWI is outside of the allowable range
test 2) MOT: Induced voltage stays below the setpoint value eng
Use a good electronic Tec or Professional Electronic Engineer for this test

hello, as I already said, the problem is with SM74, the machine behaved, exactly the same as the problem described, with exactly the same errors, but it seemed to cope, it was all about the hall sensors on the main engine, thanks for the desire to help, get well soon wife.
