SM 102-5-P3+L 1998 Powder unit issue

Hi all,
Powder unit manually works but not working automatically while impression ON.
Can be basic settings or electrical problem
( because operator is new and couldn’t use since 6months)

Can you give some check points in details
Some photos attached

 

Be certain it is preselected “on” in CPTronic display.

Possibly a small air leak from the compressor to the spray unit, as I believe that would disable auto mode, but manual mode would still work, with the reduced air it's receiving.
Although on newer presses atleast, that would show as a compressor/air supply error.
To check, turn on manual mode and follow the pipe with your hands, feeling as you go. Experience says any leak is more likely to be nearer the compressor than the spray unit.
(not familiar with this spray unit though)

Klockner switches would only come into play once sprayer is operating, as they're used for spray duration. I'd suggest focus on making sure sprayer is preselected on, then check plugs and wiring for breaks or corrosion, and Steve's suggestion regarding air volume.

Sprayer preselected ON, Auto function has started work
One more problem is, when we change the spray volume + or - from CPTronic display, powder Volume control motor (FAULHABER) start rotate continuously without stop upto limit switches.
Motor could be the problem or controller?
Any other chances?

Since motor is turning on command, I’d guess it’s in controller (or potentiometer?), can’t quite visualize assembly, like is there a feedback pot?
