Shinohara 75-IV ink ductor blade ajustment?

    Can you explain the mechanical installation procedure? How to determine the initial position of the ink buctor blade (31), guides (23, 24), adjusting pieces (25, 26, 27)?
    These parts were completely disassembled and now I need to reassemble them correctly.
