Setting Ink Keys on Ryobi 780E

I hope someone can assist me. We had a Ryobi 780E installed, but the training provided was very limited. We are in quite a remote location and it is a 300 mile roundtrip to get an engineer out to us!

I am looking for information on zeroing the ink keys on the press. Any assistance would be gratefully received.

Hi what I would do set sweep to 50 then bring keys using the council to zero . Then go up on press expose the keys by taking off the cover over the keys . Now use a small Allen head wrench loosen the the potentiamitor so that when you move the key by hand the numbers don’t change at the council. Now use a small screwdriver to adjust keys by hand with ink in fountain until it looks very light . Then tighten all Allen screws there you are zero set achieved.
