Ryobi di differences

As Ryobi has now been making the di for well over a decade, what are the differences from the newer models and the older ones? I think the early ones had different imaging heads and can only do 200 lines and after 2004 they could do 300 lines, (I think), what are the main differences in their in their evolution.
