RYOBI 754/ cross sensor issue

Hi all,
Subjected machine, if the paper get cross on feeder board, feeder Head stops taking paper as normal, But when we try to print again, press do rotates, compressor get ON, and while pressing feeder button it’s light gets ON but feeder not work. See attached phots.
In this condition, we have to power OFF and ON to start feeder head.

Some times Error 002( encoder input) also appears on the screen.

Please advice ASAP.

We have this happen on our 524, take a Qtip with MRC and clean the sensor before the press infeed rollers. Sensor should be located in the center in an open hole.
