Ryobi 3300 CR Impression Problem

In RYOBI 3300 CR machine the Plate to Blanket Cylinder Solenoid is NOT Switching On, but Blanket to Impression Cylinder Solenoid is turning ON when paper is fed.

I checked the Solenoid (Plate to Blanket) Solenoid is OK, No power to it, the connecting Relay R8 is OFF (led light is off) while R16 is ON ( when paper is fed).

What could be the problem??

Did you clean all sensors/ make sure impression on spring is not undone /

 

All sensors cleaned, Springs ok, but still problem persists
