Ryobi 3200cd Photcell Issue/Stuck on impression

My 2010 Ryobi wants to stay on impression. We suspected the sensor at the feed roller and cleaned it. There are two sensors there and I am not sure what each are doing. The impression solenoid remains engaged and disengages if the sensor is unplugged where it connects operator side on bottom. I'm not sure if it should be normally open or closed?? I can take it off impression manually but it pops right back in when powered up. Also the double detector setting does not seem to be operating, not sure if that is related.

clean all of the sensors and see if that helps there should be reset buttons by feeder try that

 

if the solenoid disengages when u unplug it could be bad sensor ihave had to clean eyes two or three times if soiled
with ink or varnish
