Rolers Problem

Hello

We have problem in all units with rolers.
If we print is very noisy run and in rolers is many ink in the water rolers.
Never hapend before...

Noisy on vario off as well?

 

Yes, settings are correct.
If Vario is off, its ok.

 

If it's on all units, check your dampening solution (any chance to post a picture of screen with parameters?)
Clean that rollers with plate cleaner and desensitize them with gum.
Are you decalcifying rollers regularly?

 

Yes, we decalcifying every friday.
I will be check dampening solution....

Hi sir
Check your roller setting between the dampnening roller and degreaser roller.
when you do the pre-inking you must activate the intermediary to transfer a layer of ink to the dampening roller before pressurizing the dampening system to avoid unstable emulsion at start-up

First, check your IPA percentage using alcoholometer, maybe your Alcosmart reading is wrong.
Second, check your IPA quality, mix 10% IPA with water in a clean bottle, shake and wait for 15-20 minutes, if the mixture is clear then you know you have a good quality IPA, and if the mixture is foggy then you have to change your IPA supplier.
