Roland 705 3B (709 series) problem with plate cylinder

Roland 705 3B (709 series).

We have a new problem.
On the second section, the plate cylinder mechanically moved by 4 degrees against the zero position of the cylinder ( after replacing the plate ).
We have put it in the zero position. But after a few days, it moved again (by 2 degrees to the other side).

What is happen ? Where we can find the problem ?

How?
From bolts 1? Is there a degree scale? What does it show before and after the repair? If there was a problem with the movement of the cylinder, the problem may be in bolts 2. To replace them, the entire register mechanism must be dismantled.
