Hello to everyone.recently I install a Roland 705+L 1997.after I opened the machine many times and making the first tests after the installation I started to put new rollers to all of the towers and after that I was ready for start making sheet test.suddenly and while machine was open and ready with a job and delivery and feeder have the dimensions and everything an error appeared that loop was interupted.i was trying to find where is the problem and after an hour I find a power supply board(5vdc and 15vdc) in rack A351 in pu2 has a red light.i change it with the pu1 and the problem transfer.i check the board I found a capacitor and an irf that was damaged.i change them and board was ok.i put them in places as it was.machine was ok with the loop but pu1 and pu2 have all drives and slides with status 08 in hand terminal .I already did many checks to see what happen but nothing.any ideas?all the LEDs from A351 rack for the drives slot 4-5-6 and etc some have 2green light And red and others only the red.and its stuck because I change some of them with others.

The power supply card wasnt damaged hard like something explode it just stop working.i change the controller card and the first slot card with pu3 nothing change which means the boards are ok everything that I measure from the power suplys is correct.also one message appear after many restarts that computer can't write maschdat.dat folder.possible solutions hard drive damaged or no space .I saw that on c drives was no space.i find a way inside dos to find some space and the message disappear but nothing happen.also I install again leitstand but again nothing happen.

  • Remove the white ribbon cable to the left of the EPROM and try again. Any touching of this rack under voltage is very dangerous. Turn off the machine.
