Roland 500

Hello,
I really need help and I hope to find someone here who knows.
We have a Roland 500 with a broken factory computer (HDD). I installed the software on another computer but the machine won't start but remains in the boot phase.
Can anyone help me with some advice, possibly on-site intervention.
