Ricoh C9110 vs. Heidelberg Versafire CP vs. KM C1100 vs. Canon ImagePress C10000

Looking to replace our Xerox Color 1000 with one of the presses mentioned below.

Ricoh C9110 vs. Heidelberg Versafire CP vs. KM C1100 vs. Canon ImagePress C10000

Who has experience with any of these presses or multiple? Looking for input such as reliability, image quality, service response. We are also looking to add a booklet maker on the end with head, foot, and face trim. (probably Plockmatic).

Also, the Heidelberg machine is the same box as the Ricoh machine. Anyone know what the added advantages are if you get the Heidelberg?

Maybe im a little late here. We have 2 Ricoh9110 in our shop, i would say the down time vs our Xerox color 1000 is 10-15 times higher on the ricoh printers. Let that be a warning.
