Constantly getting this fault. machine goes to start printing after restart but drops everytime. Any ideas?

that one doesn't ring a bell.. board inside the machine, maybe?. all the "03" errors Ive got are communication....and are either super simple, or terrible.
take machine and front end all the way down. Check for tripped breakers, then boot back up. I had an 03 error once when we lost a leg of the power too....
